Kimberly McFadden is an office management professional boasting over 25 years of experience in office administration and human resources. As the overseer of day-to-day operations, Kim exhibits exceptional leadership and organizational skills, ensuring the seamless functioning of the office. Currently advancing her qualifications, she is diligently working towards obtaining her Life and Health Insurance License.

Before joining the teams at Robert Ashley and Associates and then Stateline Wealth Advisors, Kim worked as a Business and Human Resource Administrator at a large non-profit organization and in office administration at a private label brokerage. A Southwest Virginia native, Kim has proudly called Bristol home since 1994. Beyond her professional endeavors, she takes immense pride in her roles as a devoted wife, mother, and cherished Gigi. Kim finds joy in spending quality time with her friends and family, bringing a warm and personable touch to her professional and personal pursuits.
