Zachary T. Lee (“Zach”) serves as Chief Operating Officer of Stateline Wealth Advisors, bringing over twenty-five years of executive leadership and legal expertise to the firm's strategic operations.
Prior to joining Stateline Wealth Advisors, Zach spent two decades as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, ultimately serving as Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia, followed by time in private legal practice. At Stateline Wealth Advisors, he leverages his deep background in complex regulatory environments, governance, and institutional leadership to oversee daily operations, manage operational risk, and scale the firm’s infrastructure to support continued growth.
Zach is committed to driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and client service. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
